Mark Alan Ford, of Boca Raton, Florida, a stockbroker currently registered with ViewTrade Securities, Inc., has been identified in a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) investigation, in which Ford’s past conduct is being analyzed by FINRA for possible violations of FINRA Rules 2010, 3310, 3010, as well as Securities Act of 1933 Section 5. Exam No. 20140404879 (Sept. 28, 2015).

Since January 24, 1989, Ford has been associated with eleven different broker dealers, nine of which have been expelled by securities regulators for violation of federal securities laws or are otherwise defunct. #cockroach
