Edward Dale McCombs of Whitehall, Michigan, a stockbroker registered with PNC Investments, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on October 12, 2023, in which the customer requested $26,120.95 in damages based upon allegations that McCombs did not correctly explain life insurance contract fees and features and had made the unsuitable investment recommendation of certain insurance products when McCombs was associated with PNC Investments.

This is not the first time that McCombs has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning McCombs’s conduct in the securities industry. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that McCombs was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related NASD securities arbitration claim that was settled for $14,900.00 in damages based upon allegations that McCombs made misrepresentations of material fact, made unsuitable recommendations, failed to follow instructions, was negligent, and breached his fiduciary duties in connection with the sale of over-the-counter equities during the time that McCombs was associated with Olde Discount Corporation. NASD Arbitration No. 98-02685 (December 3, 2001).

McCombs has been associated with PNC Investments in Whitehall, Michigan, since November 13, 2009, as a stockbroker, and since October 12, 2010, as an investment advisor representative.
