Lamont Adrian Chandler, of Prairie Village, Kansas, a stockbroker registered with Madison Avenue Securities LLC, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim that was settled for $12,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that Chandler made the unsuitable investment recommendations of direct investments when Chandler was associated with Madison Avenue Securities LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-02446 (October 10, 2023).

Chandler is referenced in four other customer initiated investment related disputes concerning his conduct while associated with securities broker dealers. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that on November 8, 2017, a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Chandler’s conduct was settled for $25,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Chandler breached his fiduciary duties and made misrepresentations of material fact in connection with the sale of fixed annuities and real estate securities during the time that Chandler was associated with Madison Avenue Securities LLC. The customer also alleged violation of Missouri Uniform Securities Act. FINRA Arbitration No. 16-01666.

On March 23, 2018, another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Chandler’s conduct in which the customer requested $55,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Chandler provided unsuitable advice in direct investments, oil and gas investments, and equipment leasing products. The complaint was denied.

On August 28, 2018, a customer filed an investment related complaint about Chandler, alleging misleading information, misrepresentations of material fact, and poor communication in connection with the customer’s purchase of equipment leasing products during Chandler’s association with Madison Avenue Securities LLC. The customer sought $60,000.00 in damages. The firm closed this complaint with no further action taken by the customer.

On May 23, 2021, Chandler faced a customer initiated FINRA securities arbitration claim, settled for $35,000.00. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-01211. The claim alleged overconcentration, failure to perform due diligence, unsuitable recommendations, and misrepresentations of material fact and omissions. This related to the sale of direct investments when Chandler was associated with Madison Avenue Securities LLC.

Chandler has been registered as a stockbroker with Madison Avenue Securities LLC, in Prairie Village, Kansas since February 2, 2006, and registered as an investment advisor representative at the same firm since March 25, 2009.
