Pablo Leonel Gherardi, of Miami Florida, a stockbroker registered with Wells Fargo Advisors, was terminated from employment on November 9, 2016, based upon allegations that he took part in a foreign investment transaction and failed to provide consistent information to his firm relating to the transaction.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also reveals that on January 21, 2014, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Gherardi’s conduct, wherein the customer requested an estimated $5,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Gherardi effected a foreign debt investment transaction in the customer’s account that was not suitable for the customer.
Since May 5, 2017, Gherardi has been associated with Jeffries LLC.
