Christopher John Jacob of Town and Country Missouri a stockbroker formerly registered with Transamerica Financial Advisors Inc. is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint which was settled for $62,500.00 in damages on August 22, 2017 based upon accusations that Jacob was placed into variable annuities that were not appropriate for the customer.
FINRA Public Disclosure additionally confirms that a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim concerning Jacob’s activities was resolved for $150,000.00 in damages founded on allegations that while Jacob was employed by First Heartland Capital, Inc., the customer’s variable annuities had been inappropriately switched and that unsuitable sub-account allocations were selected. National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Arbitration No. 04-07483 (Oct. 14, 2005).
Moreover, Jacob was fined $6,000.00 and ordered by Missouri Commissioner of Securities to be placed on heightened supervision for a year supported by accusations of Jacob effecting unsuitable annuity replacements. Case No. 04-1359SE (June 23, 2016).
Jacob’s registration with Transamerica Financial Advisors was terminated on May 3, 2016. Since January 8, 2018, Jacob has been registered with Saxony Securities, Inc.
