Tamara Ann Dawson of Boynton Beach Florida a stockbroker formerly employed by Essex National Securities LLC is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on January 17, 2018 in which the customer sought $22,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Dawson inappropriately advised the customer to hold AR Capital Healthcare Trust III Real Estate Investment Trust.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally reveals that a customer filed an investment related arbitration claim regarding Dawson’s activities where the customer requested $13,724.00 in damages founded on accusations that while Dawson was registered with Essex National Securities, the customer was placed into a real estate investment trust that was not suitable for the customer.

Dawson’s registration with Essex National Securities was terminated on July 1, 2016. Between July 1, 2016 and September 12, 2017, Dawson was employed by Infinex Investments Inc., and has since become registered with Fifth Third Securities, Inc.
