Richard Thomas Lucker, of Tuscon, Arizona, a stockbroker formerly registered with Morgan Stanley, has been identified in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on March 17, 2017, where the customer requested $14,447,501.00 in damages based on allegations that Lucker failed to supervise the customer’s investment account.
Since March 3, 2014, he has been employed with Wells Fargo Clearing Services, Inc. Lucker has been registered with seven different broker dealers, one of which has been expelled by securities regulators for violation of federal securities laws or is otherwise defunct.
