Margaret Ellen Suite-Arnold (also known as Midge Suite) of China Grove, North Carolina, a stockbroker registered with FSC Securities Corporation, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim that was settled for $14,650.00 in damages based upon allegations that Suite-Arnold did not conduct adequate due diligence in connection with the sale of direct investments during the time that Suite-Arnold was associated with FSC Securities Corporation. FINRA Arbitration No. 21-01023 (October 5, 2022).

This is not the first time that Suite-Arnold has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Suite-Arnold’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Suite-Arnold is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on February 2, 2016, in which the customer requested $9,000.00 in damages based upon alleged unauthorized trading by Suite-Arnold in the customer’s 401(k) during the time that she was associated with FSC Securities Corporation.

Suite-Arnold was associated with FSC Securities Corporation in China Grove, North Carolina from February 27, 2009, to November 3, 2023. Suite-Arnold has been associated with Osaic Wealth Inc. in China Grove, North Carolina since November 3, 2023.
