Prange IV, of Green Bay, Wisconsin, a stockbroker currently registered with KCD Financial, Inc., has been named in a pending customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on May 24, 2016, in which the customer requested $35,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Prange made investment recommendations that were unsuitable for the customer.
Also, Randall A. Heller, of Oak Lawn, Illinois, a stockbroker with KCD Financial, Inc., has been named in a pending customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on December 29, 2015, in which the customer requested $45,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Heller made investment recommendations that were unsuitable for the customer.
