Jeffrey Donald Poosch of Fort Gratiot Michigan is a stockbroker currently registered with Summit Brokerage Services who is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on December 12 2016 where the customer alleged that the penalties for cancelling a variable annuity had never been disclosed to the customer.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that Poosch has been identified in two additional customer initiated investment related disputes containing accusations of Poosch’s improper conduct while registered with Edward Jones and Summit Brokerage Services. Specifically, on July 22, 1998, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Poosch’s activities in which the customer sought $15,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that Poosch made misrepresentations to the customer concerning tax liabilities pertaining to a stock sale and liquidated at least $120,000.00 from the customer’s stock portfolio without the customer’s consent.
Thereafter, on January 17, 2014, a customer initiated investment related written complaint regarding Poosch’s activities was resolved for $5,807.65 in damages based upon accusations that Poosch made faulty mutual fund recommendations to the customer, which led the customer to sustain investment losses.
