May Hongying Miao of Pasadena California is a stockbroker formerly registered with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC who is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint on December 9 2016 in which the customer requested more than five thousand dollars in damages supported by accusations that unauthentic signatures of the customer had been utilized on mutual fund account documentation.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that Miao has been identified in two customer initiated investment related disputes concerning allegations of Miao’s improper conduct while registered with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC. Specifically, on March 10, 2014, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Miao’s conduct, where the customer sought $5,000.00 in damages based upon accusations of misrepresentation relating to the customer’s variable annuity investment.

Afterward, on July 29, 2015, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Miao’s conduct in which the customer requested $7,235.14 in damages founded on allegations that misrepresentations had been made to the customer about a variable annuity.

Miao was fired by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC based upon accusations that Miao possessed documentation from customers that was signed but otherwise blank.

Since May 4, 2015, Miao has been registered with Western International Securities, Inc.
