James Davis Henderson, of Jamestown, New Jersey, a stockbroker currently registered with Investacorp, Inc., has been named in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on February 13, 2017, in which the customer requested $16,864.60 in damages based upon allegations that Henderson effected the unauthorized distribution of Franklin Templeton mutual funds from the customer’s investment account.
