Gerard Joseph Costello of New York New York a stockbroker currently employed by UBS Financial Services Inc. is referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint on December 26, 2018 in which the customer sought damages estimated to exceed $5,000.00 founded on allegations that misrepresentations had been made to the customer concerning risks of an investment strategy utilized for the customer’s account and (2) the customer was not provided reasonable disclosures concerning the historical performance of the investments selected for the customer’s account.
