Jordan Stuart Berlin, of Bedford Corners, New York, a stockbroker formerly registered with FSC Securities Corporation, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on August 16, 2016, in which the customer requested $5,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Berlin made unsuitable investment recommendations to the customer concerning equity investments, and poorly advised the customer about investing with a third-party money manager.
Berlin’s registration with FSC Securities Corporation was terminated on November 2, 2016. He has been associated with thirteen different broker dealers, one of which has been expelled by securities regulators for violation of federal securities laws or is otherwise defunct.
