The Grosse Pointe Farms Michigan office of IMS Securities, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on August 21, 2017, in which the customer requested $25,000.00 in damages based upon allegations of breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation, negligence, and failure to conduct adequate due diligence with respect to real estate investment trust investments.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that brokers within that office have been subject of eight additional customer initiated investment related disputes containing allegations of isconduct with D.H. Hills Securities, LLLP, and IMS Securities, Inc. Particularly, on October 28, 2016, a customer filed an investment related arbitration claim regarding activities, where the customer sought $100,000.00 in damages founded on accusations of misrepresentation regarding terms of equipment leasing products and direct investment programs.

Subsequently, on May 22, 2017, a customer filed an investment related arbitration claim involving conduct, in which the customer requested $100,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that IMS was liable for the mismanagement of the customer’s investment account, breach of fiduciary obligations, and misrepresentations pertaining to real estate investment trusts. Further, on June 9, 2017, a customer filed an investment related arbitration claim regarding activities, in which the customer sought $954,700.00 in damages based upon accusations of fraud, negligent supervision, and breach of fiduciary duties.
