Daniel Ernest Davis (also known as Danny Davis) of Louisville Kentucky a stockbroker currently registered with Ausdal Financial Partners Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on February 21, 2020 in which the customer requested $92,707.00 in damages founded on accusations of Davis making unsuitable investment recommendations to the customer concerning options and equities trades at Ausdal Financial Partners.
According to the complaint, the customer had not been provided with sufficient information as it pertained to tax consequences and investment choices. The claim alleges that the customer experienced losses on options and illiquid investments.
This is the second time that Davis has been involved in a customer dispute alleging sales practice violations. FINRA Public Disclosure also reveals that a customer initiated investment related complaint involving Davis’s activities was resolved for $37,000.00 in damages on December 10, 2018 based upon allegations of real estate securities, options and direct investments for the Ausdal Financial Partners customer.
Davis has been registered as a stockbroker and investment adviser representative of Ausdal Financial Partners since July 29, 2009.
