Gregory John Chachas Jr., of La Jolla, California, a stockbroker registered with Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC, was terminated from employment on February 2, 2017, based upon allegations that he violated his firm’s policies by failing to report conflicts of interest to his firm in reference to Chachas’ securities transactions.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that on November 28, 2008, a customer filed an investment related written complaint involving Chachas’s conduct, in which the customer requested damages in excess of $5,000.00 based upon allegations that Chachas, while associated with Wachovia Securities, LLC, failed to follow the customer’s investment instructions, negligently managed the customer’s investment portfolio, and effected unsuitable mutual fund transactions in the customer’s account.
Since February 13, 2007, Chachas has been registered with Wedbush Securities Inc.
