Virginia Ann Pack of White House Tennessee a stockbroker formerly registered with LPL Financial LLC has been terminated from employment on March 6, 2017 based upon accusations that Pack exercised discretion in a customer’s account without the firm’s authorization which was conduct violative of the firm’s policies.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally confirms that on September 25, 2018, a customer initiated investment related complaint involving Pack’s conduct was resolved for $100,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that trades were executed in the customer’s account on an excessive basis, and unauthorized mutual fund and equity trades were effected in the customer’s account.
Pack was subsequently employed by Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. between March 16, 2017 and December 20, 2017.
