Shaun B. Floresca, of Chicago, Illinois, a stockbroker registered with LPL Financial LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested compensatory damages based upon allegations that Floresca made the unsuitable investment recommendation of real estate securities when Floresca was associated with LPL Financial LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 24-00006 (January 2, 2024). The investments allegedly failed to align with the customer’s objectives and risk tolerance.
This is not the first time that Floresca has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Floresca’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Floresca was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $35,000.00 in damages based upon alleged unsuitable recommendations in real estate securities during the time that Floresca was associated with LPL Financial LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-00267 (May 25, 2023).
Floresca has been associated with LPL Financial LLC in Chicago, Illinois since November 12, 2012.
