Seth M. Friedman Joins Guiliano Law Group As “Of Counsel”

The Guiliano Law Group, P.C. is pleased to announce that Seth M. Friedman, Esquire, of Beverly Hills, California, has become associated with the firm in an “of-counsel” position. For more than twenty years, Mr. Friedman has served as California local counsel for Nicholas J. Guiliano, and the Guiliano Law Group, in connection with the representation of a variety of investors before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority in Los Angeles and San Francisco, and throughout the State of California, in matters involving stockbroker theft and other misconduct, breach of fiduciary duty, the recommendation and sale of unsuitable or defective securities.
