Samuel Carl Schoner (also known as Sam Schoner), of San Francisco, California, a stockbroker registered with First Republic Securities Company LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested $2,500,000.00 in damages based upon alleged unsuitable investment recommendations of stocks during the time that Schoner was associated with First Republic Securities Company LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-03420 (December 7, 2023).

This is not the first time that Schoner has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Schoner’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Schoner is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $180,000.00 in damages based upon alleged fraud, misrepresentations and omissions of material facts, unsuitable recommendations, elder abuse, breach of contract, negligence, and breach of fiduciary duty in connection with the sale of private placements when Schoner was associated with First Republic Securities Company LLC. On September 12, 2023, a customer filed an investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Schoner’s conduct, in which the customer requested $7,498,468.00 in damages based upon alleged unsuitable investment recommendations of stocks. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-02462.

Schoner has been associated with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC in San Francisco, California, since September 29, 2023, as a stockbroker, and since January 23, 2024, as an investment advisor representative. He has also been associated with J.P. Morgan Private Wealth Advisors LLC in San Francisco, California, since July 14, 2010.

Schoner was associated with First Republic Securities Company LLC in San Francisco, California, from May 16, 2001, to September 29, 2023.
