Winston Wade Turner of Sarasota Florida is a former Pruco Securities LLC stockbroker who is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim in which the customer sought $111,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Turner (1) effected transactions in the customer’s account which were not suitable (2) converted the customer’s funds (3) churned the customer’s investment portfolio (4) and defrauded the customer. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 17-02904 (Oct. 30, 2017).
FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that since Turner has been barred by FINRA for defrauding investors, he has been referenced in eleven more customer initiated investment related disputes containing accusations of his improper conduct. In particular, on November 18, 2016, a customer initiated investment related complaint involving Turner’s conduct was settled for $16,710.84 in damages supported by allegations that the customer was placed into an inappropriate variable annuity contract.
Thereafter, a customer filed an investment related arbitration claim concerning Turner’s activities where the customer alleged that Turner placed unsuitable mutual fund, insurance and variable annuity transactions; churned the customer’s investment portfolio; converted the customer’s assets and committed fraud between 2012 and 2015. FINRA Arbitration No. 17-00674 (Mar. 20, 2017). Moreover, a customer filed an investment related arbitration claim concerning Turner’s activities in which the customer requested $600,000.00 in damages founded on accusations of conversion and suitability relating to the customer’s variable annuity. FINRA Arbitration No. 17-02303 (Aug. 28, 2017).
