On January 19, 1999, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Russi’s conduct in which the customer requested $78,523.97 in damages based upon allegations that Russi made misrepresentations and failed to follow the customer’s instructions relating to the recommendation and sale of over-the-counter equities when Russi was associated with First Liberty Investment Group.
On April 6, 2018, a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Russi’s conduct was settled for $7,500.00 in damages based upon allegations that Russi churned the customer’s account, was negligent, made unsuitable and unauthorized transactions, and breached a contract with regard to the recommendation and sale of common stocks and preferred stocks during the time that Russi was associated with SW Financial. He has been associated with Traderfield Securities Inc. in Flushing, NY, as a stockbroker, since July 1, 2022.
