Nick James Polydoros of Scottsdale Arizona a stockbroker formerly registered with UBS Financial Services Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim where the customer requested $525,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that they had been placed into unsuitable investments because of Polydoros while he was associated with UBS Financial. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 21-00445 (Feb. 24 2021). The claim alleges that the customer sustained damages on equities holdings from 2018 to 2021.
This is not the first time that Polydoros has been involved in an investor dispute over his sales practices. FINRA Public Disclosure confirms that a different customer filed an investment related complaint concerning Polydoros’ activities in which the customer sought $200,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that transactions were unsuitable as they ran afoul of the customer’s investment objectives at Dain Rauscher Incorporated.
Polydoros has been registered with UBS Financial Services as a stockbroker since December 16, 2011 and as an investment adviser representative since April 22, 2013.
