Vincente Davila of Houston Texas is a stockbroker formerly registered with Morgan Stanley who has been fired on February 1, 2018 founded on allegations that he executed unapproved customer loan arrangements in which he placed unauthorized transfers of assets into Davila’s banking account from the customer’s investment account.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that on February 15, 2018, a customer initiated investment related written complaint that concerned Davila’s conduct was settled for $77,684.71 in damages based upon accusations that Davila arranged to borrow the customer’s funds, and that funds were removed from the customer’s equity portfolio without the customer’s authorization between June of 2017 and December of 2017.
