Mark Andrew Cramer of LaRue Ohio a stockbroker formerly registered with MSI Financial Services Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint which was resolved for $456,990.00 on June 11, 2018 founded on allegations that (1) Cramer provided documentation containing forged customer signatures to an insurance company so that he could effect a variable annuity purchase and (2) Cramer made misrepresentations pertaining to the terms and conditions of the annuity.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally confirms that on January 2, 2001, a customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Cramer’s activities in which the customer sought $76,748.00 in damages supported by accusations that while Cramer was MetLife, the customer was placed in a variable universal life insurance policy and a variable annuity contract that were not suitable for the customer.
Cramer has been employed by MML Investors Services, LLC since May 25, 2017.
