Marcious Dickerson (also known as Marty Dickerson), of Livonia, Michigan, a stockbroker currently registered with Centaurus Financial Inc., is referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was resolved for $39,500.00 in compensation to the customer founded on accusations that between March 23, 2020, and June 26, 2020, unauthorized trading of mutual funds by Dickerson at Centaurus Financial resulted in damages.
Dickerson has been identified in three more customer initiated investment related disputes regarding allegations of his wrongdoing when he was employed by Centaurus Financial and Vestax. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that a customer initiated investment related complaint involving Dickerson’s activities was settled for $7,500.00 in damages founded on accusations of unauthorized trading. According to the complaint, shares of a mutual fund had been purchased by Dickerson without the customer’s consent.
Another customer initiated investment related arbitration claim regarding Dickerson’s activities was resolved for $18,000.00 in damages supported by allegations of breach of fiduciary duty and the violation of Michigan State Securities Act by Dickerson concerning his activities at Centaurus Financial. The claim alleges that the customer received unsuitable recommendations from Dickerson.
