Vincent Paul Sturm, of Perry, Iowa, a stockbroker formerly registered with LPL Financial LLC, was terminated by the firm and VisionPoint Advisory Group, LLC on August 26, 2016, based upon allegations that Sturm solicited loans from customers in violation of his firms’ policies. Since September 7, 2016, Sturm has been registered with Berthel, Fisher & Company Financial Services, Inc.
