Kyle Michael Wool, of New York, New York, a stockbroker registered with Morgan Stanley, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim that was settled for $50,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Wool engaged in unauthorized trading in stocks during the time that Wool was associated with Morgan Stanley. On June 18, 2008, another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Wool’s conduct in which the customer requested $438,254.87 in damages based upon allegations that Wool engaged in unauthorized trading in stocks during the time that Wool was associated with Oppenheimer Co. Inc.
An additional customer initiated an investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Wool’s conduct, which was settled for $337,500.00 in damages. The claim alleged that Wool engaged in churning, made unsuitable recommendations, and made misrepresentations of material fact in connection with the sale of options while associated with Oppenheimer Co. Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 09-6233 (March 11, 2011).
Wool is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim, in which the customer requested $1,477,272.00 in damages. The claim alleged that Wool violated FINRA rules, converted the customer’s funds, engaged in unauthorized trading, made misrepresentations and omissions, was negligent, breached a contract, and breached his fiduciary duties in connection with the sale of over-the-counter equities and stocks while Wool was associated with Revere Securities LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-02245 (October 9, 2023).

Prior to this, he was with Morgan Stanley, also located in New York, New York, serving as both an investment advisor representative and a stockbroker from May 6, 2013, to February 18, 2021.
