Kevin Keith Carriere of Glastonbury Connecticut a stockbroker formerly employed by MSI Financial Services Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint which settled for $148,488.90 on May 22, 2017 founded on accusations that Carriere made misrepresentations to the customer in regard to the terms and conditions of a variable annuity purchased by the customer.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally confirms that on May 28, 2008, a customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Carriere’s conduct where the customer requested unspecified damages based upon allegations that the customer was not provided correct information regarding the terms of his life insurance policy; the customer was led to believe that the policy was fixed but was sold a variable life policy.
Carriere’s registration with MSI Financial Services Inc. was terminated on March 25, 2017. Since then, he has been registered with MML Investors Services LLC.
