Justin A. Parker of Schaumburg Illinois a stockbroker currently employed by Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. is referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint where the customer requested $16,977.87 in damages founded on accusations that unauthorized TFCVX trades effected in the customer’s account in March of 2014 that the customer did not authorize.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim involving Parker’s activities was settled for $25,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that misrepresentations had been made to the customer, the customer had been defrauded, the customer’s account was handled in a negligent manner, fiduciary duties owed to the customer had been breached, and transactions were executed in the customer’s account that were not suitable for the customer. FINRA Arbitration No. 09-05403 (Feb. 24, 2011). The customer alleged that fixed income and equity positions had not been liquidated as the customer had instructed, causing the customer to incur market losses totaling $156,000.00.
Parker has been registered with Ameriprise Financial Services since August 22, 2008.
