Jon Matthew Stankovich of Toms River, New Jersey, a stockbroker formerly registered with Morgan Stanley, has been barred from associating with any Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) member in any capacity supported by findings that he failed to cooperate with FINRA during the period that he was under investigation due to “[c]oncerns regarding [his] allocation of revenue into
his own production number rather than [a] joint production number shared with another employee.” Letter of Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent No. 2018058292301 (February 28, 2022).
According to the AWC, FINRA launched an investigation into Stankovich following his termination as a stockbroker by Morgan Stanley on April 10, 2018. FINRA states that on January 5, 2022, Stankovich was sent instructions to testify in a FINRA investigation. On February 4, 2022, Stankovich emailed FINRA relaying that he knew what was asked of him and that he would not make an appearance at any point. FINRA found that Stankovich refused to cooperate, impeding the investigation. Stankovich violated FINRA Rules 2010 and 8210.
Stankovich was also registered with Capitol Securities Management between April 11, 2018, and February 28, 2022.
