John Noel Marcheso, of Anaheim, California, a stockbroker registered with Centaurus Financial Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested damages based upon the alleged unsuitable investment recommendation of real estate securities or REITs when Marcheso was associated with Centaurus Financial Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 23-03450 (December 19, 2023).

Marcheso has been referenced in three other customer initiated investment related disputes concerning Marcheso’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Marcheso was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $14,750.00 in damages based upon alleged unsuitable advice about real estate securities during the time that Marcheso was associated with Centaurus Financial Inc. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-01993 (November 3, 2023).

Marcheso is also referenced in a complaint filed on September 8, 2023, in which the customer requested $73,000.00 in damages based upon alleged unsuitable investment recommendations of real estate securities. On November 3, 2023, another FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Marcheso’s conduct was settled for $400,000.00 in damages based upon alleged unsuitable investment recommendations of illiquid oil and gas investments and real estate securities. Marcheso has been associated with Centaurus Financial Inc. in Anaheim, California, since December 1, 2000, as a stockbroker. He has been registered with Centaurus Financial Inc. in Rathdrum, Idaho, since June 14, 2002, as an investment advisor representative.
