Jerry Thomas Bileski (also known as Jay Bileski), of Garden City, New York, a stockbroker associated with Worden Capital Management LLC, was the subject of a customer initiated investment related Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) securities arbitration claim that was settled to resolve allegations that Bileski failed to supervise certain representatives in connection with the sale of stocks and over-the-counter equities when Bileski was associated with Worden Capital Management LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 18-02389 (January 12, 2019).
This is not the first time that Bileski has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Bileski’s conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Bileski was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $19,999.00 in damages based upon allegations that Bileski failed to supervise certain representatives in connection with the sale of equities and stocks. On February 4, 2022, another customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim involving Bileski’s conduct was settled to resolve allegations that Bileski failed to supervise from June 2015 through December 2019 during the time that Bileski was associated with Worden Capital Management LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 20-00801.
Bileski was associated with Worden Capital Management LLC in Garden City, New York from June 1, 2015, to September 10, 2020. The securities broker dealer was expelled by FINRA in July of 2022. He has been associated with IBN Financial Services Inc. since July 25, 2023, and with BourneHill Investment Services Inc. since March 7, 2022, both located in Uniondale, New York.
Worden Capital Management LLC was expelled by FINRA on July 25, 2022.
