Jason Bradley Scarcella of Bartlesville Oklahoma a stockbroker formerly registered with SII Investments Inc. is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim which was settled for $35,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that Scarcella made false or misleading statements to the customer concerning the income and safety of real estate investment trust products at the time those real estate securities had been sold to the customer. FINRA Public Disclosure additionally reveals that another customer filed an investment related complaint involving Scarcella’s activities where the customer sought damages estimated to exceed $5,000.00 founded on allegations that while Scarcella was associated with SII Investments, the customer was placed into real estate security and other fixed and variable annuity investments that were not suitable for the customer given the customer’s objectives for investing or financial profile.
Scarcella’s registration with SII Investments Inc. was terminated on December 1, 2017. Since December 5, 2017, Scarcella has been associated with M.S. Howells Co.
