Cristiano Tempo Castellini of Beverly Hills California a stockbroker formerly registered with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner Smith Inc. is referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on February 9, 2021 in which the customer requested compensatory damages based upon accusations that Castellini effected unauthorized trades in the customer’s account during the period that he was associated with Merrill Lynch. According to the complaint, between December of 2014 and March of 2017, Castellini made misrepresentations to the customer regarding management fees.

Castellini has been identified in two additional customer initiated investment related disputes concerning allegations of his wrongdoing while employed by Merrill Lynch. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim concerning Castellini’s conduct was settled for $75,000.00 in damages supported by accusations of the customer being sold unsuitable over-the-counter equities. The claim also alleges overconcentration.

Castellini is additionally the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on April 16, 2020 where the customer sought compensatory damages founded on allegations that Castellini failed to follow the customer’s instructions.

Castellini has been registered with Merrill Lynch as a stockbroker and investment adviser representative since October 17, 2014.
