Todd Roland Meier of Inver Grove Heights Minnesota a stockbroker employed by Feltl Company has been discharged by the firm on April 30, 2018 based upon allegations that Meier failed to abide by the procedures and policies of the company.

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure also reveals that a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim involving Meier’s conduct was settled for $125,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that while Meier was associated with Feltl, fiduciary duties owed to the customer had been breached, and over-the-counter equities, mutual fund and private placement transactions had been executed on an excessive and unsuitable basis. FINRA Arbitration No. 18-00841 (Apr. 25, 2018).
