Eugene Nathan Gordon of Palo Alto California is a stockbroker currently associated with Morgan Stanley who is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on October 27 2017 in which the customer sought one million nine hundred thirty-eight thousand one hundred eighty-eight dollars in damages based upon accusations that Gordon placed trades and withdrawals in the customer’s variable annuity account without the customer’s authorization.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure confirms that a customer who brought an arbitration claim concerning Gordon’s activities was awarded $325,526.00 in damages based upon findings against Morgan Stanley that fiduciary duties owed to the customer were breached and the customer was provided faulty advice relating to the customer’s active assets account.
