Erick George Revelle Kuebler of Dallas Texas is a stockbroker formerly registered with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC who is the subject of a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim in which the customer requested five hundred thousand dollars in damages supported by allegations that Kuebler effected unsuitable and unauthorized transactions in the customer’s account between March 9 2011 and November 30 2016. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 17-00612 (Mar. 27 2017).
FINRA Public Disclosure additionally reveals that a customer was awarded $964,981.00 in damages according to an investment related arbitration claim involving Kuebler’s misconduct, based upon findings that while Kuebler was associated with Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., he made misrepresentations to the customer; effected options and margin trades in the customer’s account on an excessive basis; effected equity transactions in the customer’s account that were unsuitable; violated securities laws of the State of Illinois; violated Securities Exchange Act of 1934 Section 10(b); violated Securities and Exchange (SEC) Commission Rule 10b-5; breached his fiduciary duties; and committed fraud. National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Arbitration No. 99-01164 (Apr. 6, 2001).
Kuebler’s registration with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC was terminated on November 28, 2016. Since November 22, 2016, he has been registered with Sanders Morris Harris LLC.
