Zahakos, Staten Island, New York, a stockbroker formerly registered with Edward Jones, has been named in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on January 19, 2017, in which the customer requested $5,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Zahakos made misrepresentations to the customer concerning the purchase of a single premium immediate annuity issued by Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company.
Zahakos’s registration with Edward Jones was terminated on January 10, 2017. Since January 6, 2017, Zahakos has been associated with Voya Financial Advisors, Inc.
