Daniel Stephen Snodgrass of Cherry Hill New Jersey a stockbroker formerly registered with UBS Financial Services Inc. has been discharged by the firm on September 26, 2016 based upon accusations that Snodgrass violated multiple policies of UBS Financial Services by failing to undertake the required due diligence process in reference to the establishment of a new customer account.
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that Snodgrass has been identified in two customer initiated investment related disputes pertaining to allegations of Snodgrass’ violative conduct during the time that he was registered with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Particularly, on March 12, 2009, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Snodgrass’ conduct in which the customer sought $100,800.00 in damages supported by accusations that Snodgrass induced the customer’s purchase of a variable annuity by making misrepresentations about the terms and conditions of the investment.
Subsequently, on August 21, 2009, a customer filed an investment related complaint regarding Snodgrass’ activities where the customer requested $122,000.00 in damages founded on allegations that Snodgrass failed to abide by investment guidelines and instructions pertaining to the purchasing or selling of mutual fund and equity investments in the customer’s account.
Since March 6, 2017, Snodgrass has been employed by BCG Securities, Inc.
