James Kevin Pheney, of Castle Rock, Colorado, a stockbroker formerly registered with WFG Investments Inc., is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on December 29, 2016, in which the customer requested $240,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Pheney made misrepresentations to the customer concerning municipal debt investments effected in the customer’s account.
Pheney’s registration with WFG Investments, Inc. ended on August 2, 2017. Since then, he has been registered with Mid Atlantic Capital Corporation.
