Andrew Martz, of Hollywood, California, a stockbroker formerly registered with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, has been named in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim, wherein the customer requested $200,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that between January 17, 2014, and March 2, 2017, Martz sold the customer an investment that was not authorized to be sold through J.P. Morgan Securities, LLC. FINRA Arbitration No. 17-00925 (Apr. 20, 2017).
Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure additionally reveals that on November 13, 2014, a customer filed an investment related written complaint regarding Martz’s activities, in which the customer sought $26,000.00 in damages supported by accusations that Martz made misrepresentations to the customer in reference to a variable annuity that the customer purchased in July of 2014.
Martz’s registration with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC has been terminated as of June 28, 2017. Since July 13, 2017, he has been employed by Western International Securities, Inc.
