Brad Richard Small of Reading, Pennsylvania, a stockbroker registered with American Portfolios Financial Services Inc., was the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim that was settled for $10,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that Small breached a contract in connection with the recommendation and sale of investments during the time that Small was associated with American Portfolios Financial Services Inc. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 20-19058 (September 22, 2021).
FINRA Public Disclosure also shows that Small was associated with Thrivent Investment Management Inc. Small was permitted to resign from the securities broker dealer based upon allegations that Small sold insurance products without approval.
Small has been associated with American Portfolios Advisors Inc. in Holbrook, NY, as an investment advisor representative since December 23, 2011, and has been associated with American Portfolios Financial Services Inc. in Reading, PA, as a stockbroker since December 21, 2011.
