Bruce Allen Davis of Aventura, Florida, a stockbroker registered with Morgan Stanley, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related FINRA securities arbitration claim in which the customer requested compensation based upon allegations that Davis breached his fiduciary duties and committed fraud during the time that Davis was associated with Morgan Stanley. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration No. 22-02811 (December 15, 2022).
This is not the first time that Davis has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Davis’ conduct in the securities industry. FINRA Public Disclosure shows that Davis is also referenced in a customer initiated investment related civil action in which the customer requested compensation based upon allegations that Davis assisted an individual in the misappropriation of funds from the customer’s account between 2015 and 2019 when Davis was associated with Morgan Stanley. Davis’ stockbroker and investment advisor representative registrations with Morgan Stanley were terminated on June 3, 2019. He has been registered with Wells Fargo Clearing Services LLC as a stockbroker since May 31, 2019, and as an investment advisor representative since June 10, 2019.
