Bryan Edward Davidson of Scottsdale, Arizona, a stockbroker registered with LPL Financial LLC, is the subject of a customer initiated investment related complaint filed on December 26, 2022, in which the customer requested compensation based upon allegations that Davidson mismanaged the customer’s account during the time that Davidson was associated with LPL Financial LLC. The securities broker dealer denied the customer’s complaint.

This is not the first time that Davidson has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related dispute concerning Davidson’s conduct in the securities industry. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure shows that Davidson was also referenced in a customer initiated investment related complaint that was settled on January 8, 2019, for $15,770.05 in damages based upon allegations that Davidson engaged in unauthorized trading in mutual funds during the period that Davidson was associated with BMO Harris Financial Advisors Inc.

On February 1, 2019, another customer initiated investment related complaint involving Davidson’s conduct was settled for $21,227.05 in damages based upon allegations that Davidson engaged in unauthorized trading in mutual funds during the time that Davidson was associated with BMO Harris Financial Advisors Inc.

Davidson has been registered with LPL Financial LLC as a stockbroker and investment advisor representative since March 24, 2021.
