Anthony Edward Dacruz of New York New York a stockbroker currently registered with Morgan Stanley has been referenced in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on April 14, 2020 where the customer sought unspecified damages founded on allegations that the customer had been placed into unsuitable closed end funds and municipal bonds by Dacruz when he was associated with Morgan Stanley.
Dacruz has been identified in two more customer initiated investment related disputes concerning allegations of his improper activities while employed by JB Hanauer Co. and RBC Capital Markets LLC. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Public Disclosure reveals that a customer initiated investment related complaint regarding Dacruz’s conduct was resolved for $25,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that the customer’s investment instructions were not followed by Dacruz regarding a sale of securities from the customer’s account. The complaint also alleges that the customer’s investment had underperformed.
Dacruz is the subject of another customer initiated investment related written complaint in which the customer requested $45,000.00 in damages supported by allegations that the RBC Capital Markets customer had been sold an inappropriate municipal bond investment. According to the complaint, the customer was falsely told that the municipal bond was insured.
Dacruz has been registered with Morgan Stanley since July 15, 2011.
