Andre Pierre Senegal of Tinley Park Illinois a stockbroker formerly registered with NYLife Securities LLC is the subject of a customer initiated investment related written complaint on November 11, 2020 where the customer requested $15,000.00 in damages based upon accusations that the customer did not receive any information relating to money that they provided to Senegal on December 4, 2017 for purposes of a bitcoin investment.
This is not the first time that Senegal has been involved in a dispute pertaining to his alleged sales practice violations while registered with NYLife Securities. FINRA Public Disclosure additionally reveals that on April 13, 2018, a customer filed an investment related complaint involving Senegal’s activities in which the customer sought more than $5,000.00 in estimated damages supported by allegations that the customer had been misled as it pertained to the purchase of a variable universal life insurance policy through Senegal at NYLife in December of 2017.
FINRA Public Disclosure reveals that Senegal has been twice terminated by securities broker dealers. He was discharged by NYLife on July 28, 2019 founded on accusations of a customer complaint relating to Senegal’s arrangement between a customer and an investor who considered purchasing the customer’s business.
Senegal was also registered with OneAmerica Securities Inc. between January 27, 2020 and November 4, 2020. He was terminated by OneAmerica while he was under the firm’s internal review for receiving funds relating to a customer’s cryptocurrency account when there was no record of the customer’s account being established.
