Cohen, of Simsbury, Connecticut, a stockbroker with Ameritas Investment Corp., has been named in a customer initiated investment related arbitration claim on March 17, 2016, based upon allegations against Cohen of misrepresentation of facts concerning investments, fraudulent inducement, breach of fiduciary duty, and unjust enrichment.
