Christopher Adam Knutson, of Melville, New York, a stockbroker currently registered with Aegis Capital Corp., has been named in a customer initiated investment related written complaint on April 13, 2016, in which the customer requested $175,000.00 in damages based upon allegations that he made misrepresentations regarding a private placement investment held by the customer between November of 2014 and April of 2016.
Since March 27, 1998, Knutson has been associated with thirteen different broker dealers, ten of which have been expelled by securities regulators for violation of federal securities laws or are otherwise defunct. #cockroach
